Freezing is a manga series based around an alien force called Nova which is attacking Planet Earth.  In an effort to fight back Pandoras and Limiters are created.  

Pandoras - Genetically modified girls with sensational combat skills
Limiters - Male Partners who utilize special "freezing" powers to limit their enemies mobility.
