But soon, Don Rodrigo, a cruel tyrant, takes over as Governor and oppresses the citizens until they are poor and unhappy. Life is not good but not hopeless. Determined to bring justice and happiness back to the land, the brave Bandolero will fight the wicked ways of Don Rodrigo and will be victorious because there is no evil too great for Bandolero to defeat.
