Rainbow Brite is a little girl who’s life is dedicated to bringing beauty and happiness to the World. She is assisted by her magic Color Belt, Star Sprinkles, her faithful horse Starlite, and her personal sprite Twink. She lives a charming life with the Color Kids in the wonderful Rainbowland. 

But alas, everything is not always peaceful as it would appear. Rainbow Brite and company are occasionally under attack from the demented Murky Dismal and his partner Lurky from the gloomy Pits, who’s sole purpose is to bring gloom & misery, and a lack of color to everything that is colorful and good. 

Thankfully, Rainbow Brite and her friends are on hand to stop them at every turn!
